- Enable and contribute to the 'let's go crazy' initiative, driving efficiency and enhancing service experience.
- Design, experiment, and implement AI-Ops concepts.
- Support Advanced Analytics, data initiatives, and work on RPA projects.
- Collaborate with the Digital office on PPMO, Communication, and other Digital Excellence Initiatives.
Requirements:
- B-Tech Graduation completion.

- Focus on Automation and Process improvements.
