- Salary: Starting from 5 lakhs/year + bonus
- Location: Bangalore Office
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, providing effective solutions to their queries
- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers
- Own issue resolution, coordinating with other teams as needed
- Become an expert in Limechat’s product, educating customers on its use and benefits
- Set and achieve goals to maintain service quality and relevance
- Handle day-to-day tickets and collaborate with other teams for exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (phone, written, and verbal)
- Confident, high energy, and self-motivated team player
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multitasking skills
- Startup mentality with a bias to action
- Interest in technical concepts and willingness to learn new technologies
- Quick learner with an outcome-focused, execution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with Ticketing Tools, SQL queries, and Network logs is a plus
