Junior Analyst – Risk Management:Razorpay Off Campus Drive 2023
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions/merchants for risk/fraud and take immediate action.
- Handle transaction queries and disputes, ensuring timely recovery with partner banks and Cybercell.
- Communicate with merchants/customers, addressing queries and concerns.
- Innovate ways to reduce risks and provide input for process enhancement.
Skills and Experience:
- Freshers with knowledge of customer support apps or CRM, like Freshdesk.
- Interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor over phone and email.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- Strong listening skills to understand and resolve queries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, identifying anomalies and acting promptly.
- Initiative-taking ability to solve problems when plans don't go 100% as intended.
