Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-3 years experience in Product Design or related roles (Visual Design, UI Design)
- Proficiency in creating pixel-perfect visual designs with an excellent sense of aesthetics, utilizing tools like Figma and Sketch
- Strong team player with openness to feedback and the ability to articulate ideas effectively
- Awareness of emerging technological trends and their impact on design
- Independent worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bonus points if you have a passion for gaming or additional skills like animation, programming, UX writing, illustration, or curiosity for new tools and platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize original ideas to simplify and enhance user-friendliness in design challenges
- Drive user research, establish detailed user journeys, and make design decisions based on user behavior and data
- Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
